Invaluable Guides for Transitioning to Ableton Looping for Large-Scale Live Performances."

I own full versions of Ableton Live 9 and 11, but I never had the confidence to learn a new DAW while facing tight deadlines. While I admired how others used it for triggering and looping, I had no idea how to integrate those techniques into my own performances. Ableton’s minimalist, grey, "spreadsheet" interface always felt intimidating—a powerful tool, certainly, but one with a learning curve that felt too steep while simultaneously preparing for gigs.

As a Cubase user of over 25 years, I initially tried Steinberg’s VST Live. However, it lacked the wide support and seamless looping implementation I needed. After watching Juliana’s exceptional YouTube performances—specifically her cover of "Enjoy the Silence"—I was inspired to give Ableton one more try.

Discovering her guides was a game-changer. I’ve been pouring over '5 Methods of Live Looping' and 'Your First MIDI Controller', and I have to say: Juliana, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your warm tone, uncluttered layout, and clear illustrations offer far more value than the endless YouTube tutorials I’ve sat through. I’m currently building my set for an upcoming UK tour, and your insights have finally helped me get the music out of my head, into my hands, and through the PA!
